The timeline
Your deposit locks in your date. Then you’ll get a short questionnaire: who’s coming (names and ages, please), wardrobe sizes, and anything we should know to make the day easy.
Final payment is due 1 week before your session unless you’re on a payment plan. Plan your outfits, or try things on with a wardrobe consult ($40, credited toward your session or prints when used within 30 days). Bringing the dog? Just let us know.
Using studio wardrobe? Arrive at least 15 minutes early so everyone is dressed by your start time. Phones stay in the lobby, and we take it from there.
Right after your session, view your images and choose your favorites. It’s part of your booked studio time. Need to view another day? A separate viewing is $30, credited toward an upgrade like additional images or prints. Shooting on location? Your viewing is free, and we’ll email you to set it up.
Final images land in your private online gallery within 2 weeks, once you’re paid in full. Free print coupon? Use it within 14 days.
Before you come
Little details that keep session day easy, comfy, and fun for everyone.
Outside shoes aren't allowed in the studio. Bring your photo shoes in a bag, and skip anything wet or dirty.
Clear drinks and no-mess snacks like Cheerios, graham crackers, and yogurt bites. Sorry, Cheetos and orange pop, you're staying in the car.
Someone not love loud sounds, or have trouble sitting on the floor? Note it on your questionnaire and we'll plan around it.
Using studio wardrobe? List everyone's name, age, and size on your questionnaire and we'll pull options ahead of time.
Outdoor sets are weather permitting. Children under 3 aren't photographed outdoors below 32°F, so bring coats and hats.
Pets are welcome at family sessions. Just give us a heads-up ahead of time so we can plan for them.

Good to know
Yes! Final payment is due 1 week before your session unless you're on a payment plan. When you pay through our online invoices and galleries, you can choose Klarna or Affirm at checkout to split your total into smaller installments. Prefer a payment schedule with us? Send us a message and we'll set one up that works for you.
Stop by the studio before your session to try things on and choose your looks with us. Consults are $40 and nonrefundable, and the full $40 is credited toward your session or prints when used within 30 days. Learn more about our wardrobe.
Give us at least 24 hours' notice and your deposit transfers to your new date. With less notice, the deposit is lost.
Text us right away. Sessions are time-based, so late arrivals get reduced time, and anything past 5 minutes for a mini or shorter session, or 15 minutes for a full session like Classic or Signature, means the session is cancelled. Plan a little cushion, especially with little ones.
Phones stay in the lobby to protect every client's privacy. Want behind-the-scenes shots? Just ask and we'll capture a few without slowing down your session.
Yes! Pets are welcome at family sessions. Let us know ahead of time so we can plan for them.
Absolutely. Once you're paid in full, you can print your images for personal use and share them on your personal social media. Please skip heavy filters. A simple crop is all they need.
Outdoor sets are always weather permitting. With plenty of indoor sets among our 30+ custom sets, there's never a shortage of backup plans.
